About „Family Villa“
Private „Family Villa“ can accomodate 14 guests at a time. The residential complex in Pervalka is composed of a two-storey house with 4 bedrooms and a sauna. The nearby fisherman‘s house has apartments with 2 bedrooms. The total living space area is 170 m2. Guests are offered the following accommodation options: rent the whole villa, only the house or only the apartments for 2 nights or longer. A special offer is applied when renting both the villa and the apartments at the same time.
The main „Family Villa“ house has 4 bedrooms, a shared kitchen area with all necessary appliances and a dining-room, a terrace with a view to the Curonian lagoon, 3 separate bathrooms with WC and showers. For the comfort of guests there is sauna, fireplace, TV, Wi-FI, air conditioners, laundry, banquet hall etc. The house area is 120 m2. The maximum number of guests - 9.
The authentic fisherman‘s house has 50 m2 apartments with 2 bedrooms, TV, fireplace, kitchen. The maximum number of guests - 5.
„Family Villa“ welcomes families with kids, friend and colleague companies. The house and the apartments are perfect for carefree vacation, fun family celebrations or simply for a short respite surrounded by unique nature of the Curonian Spit.
Fenced 6 ares territory has 2 separate driveways, green zones with outdoor lighting, cosy recreation area with a grill, kids playground and parking space.
The Curonian Lagoon is only a few-minute walk away from „Family Villa“, the Baltic sea is 2,5 km away. There are Pervalka grocery store, a bar and a cafe nearby.
The resort came into the villa owners possession in 1982, when professor Edmundas Bagdonas who then worked at Kaunas clinics bought a few buildings from the previous German owners. Today the house which underwent a modern renovation in 2011 and the apartments of the fisherman‘s house that were renewed in 2013 are supervised and the guests are welcomed by the professor‘s children Rokas and Ramunė.
